Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential clients or customers.
  • Conduct research and gather information on target markets, industries, and competitors to identify key prospects and develop effective strategies.
  • Initiate and manage outbound communication with prospects through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, or networking events.
  • Present and communicate the value proposition of products or services to potential clients, emphasizing how they can address their needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to effectively engage prospects and address their inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives, providing feedback on marketing campaigns and sharing insights from customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets and quotas for lead generation, qualified leads, or sales conversions.
